Ok, where’s my jam? Or possibly some lemon pie. Or Lemon curd. Are those peaches? I want peach pie with ice cream. Stat.

There is something so satisfying about canning. Oh the possibilities… My mind reals as I realize that we have organic strawberries that we froze! Must preserve them…
