Happy Year of the Ox! President Obama is an Ox, and both Rick and I are Oxe(n?)(s?) so we are getting set for great things this year.
Actually, the year has already started out pretty well for President Obama. Not that I’m competing or anything, but I would like to proudly state that Rick and I have now watched all five seasons of Six Feet Under. So we haven’t exactly been just sitting around doing nothing.

all of us here in the obamanation are proud of your ability to watch tv, and can only hope the prez is getting updates on six feet under while he is busy saving our butts. wait! I sense a cabinet position for you coming up.
Six feet under was one of my all time favorite shows. I was totally devestated when it was over. But, I love Big Love. It isn’t quite the same, but it helps fill some of the void.

So, Mike got on Amazon yesterday and they were selling the COMPLETE series of Six Feet Under for $60. Happy Valentine’s to me! He bought it. We watched the first episode online and already love it! Thanks for the recommendation, because I don’t think we ever would’ve looked at it if you hadn’t said how good it was!

As you know, the OX means steady progress. I say you did some pretty steady progress with Six Feet Under. Here’s to progress!

I loved that show. Although it did get a little nuts in its last seasons, didn’t it? When we visit my parents, who have a TV, I always tune into late night reruns after too much wine.
