My friend E. and her dog Zora at Joyful Abode found this sweet dog wandering by himself, skinny and covered with ticks. E. has taken him in, cleaned him up, had him checked out at the vet and de-ticked, and is taking care of him until he finds a home of his own. She is having some awesome raffles at her blog to raise money for his bills until he is re-homed (or until his owners find him, should they be looking). She will donate any extra money raised to a dog rescue group.
